LAURA BURTON has over 12 years of combined customer service and operational experience. She previously worked in the banking industry and was responsible for various tasks that required a wide variety of expertise. Some of her duties included: customer service, merchant relations, fiduciary oversight, loan analysis, bank fraud, and collections.
She also worked as a team leader in a bank call center as well as was in charge of manualizing bank procedures and analyzing those same procedures in order to assure system-wide efficiency. She also has experience in program development and management as well as in organizing and implementing large, revenue-generating events for various non-profit organizations.
Laura currently holds her General AA degree and is working towards a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Applied Management (BAS) through Clark Community College. The BAS in Applied Management is a career-oriented degree that combines technical, academic, and professional management courses and is specifically focused on the skills needed to run and/or manage a business.
Laura is thrilled to be part of the HMG team. She has been an important part of HMG’s development from the start and looks forward to putting her talents in customer service, analysis, and operations to good use.
